This study aims to analyze the role of transformational leadership and job satisfaction in enhancing employee performance through the mediation of work commitment at PT. Bijanta Logistik Indonesia Makassar. A quantitative approach using the SEM-PLS method was employed to examine the relationships among the variables, with a sample consisting of all 85 employees. The results indicate that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on both work commitment and employee performance, while job satisfaction also positively and significantly influences both variables. However, work commitment does not have a significant direct effect on performance and does not mediate the relationship between transformational leadership or job satisfaction and employee performance. These findings suggest that transformational leadership and job satisfaction can directly improve employee performance, whereas the mediating role of work commitment has not been proven significant.
